Mr. Parmod Kumar Jain

Chairman, Managing Director and Promoter

He holds a bachelor’s degree in textiles (technology) from the Technological Institute of Textiles, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He was a partner in M/s Vardhman Electrical Appliances, the erstwhile partnership firm, from March 21, 1983. Following its conversion into a public limited company, he was appointed one of the Company’s first directors and its Managing Director. He has more than 43 years of experience in the domestic appliances industry and has been associated with the Company since its inception.
